Sustainability Initiatives in last 12 months:
IKEA is one of the most sustainable companies in the world with an ambitious plan to reach Net Zero by 2030, which is 20 (!) years ahead of the required global schedule. They do not only track and reduce their own emissions but also help their suppliers to finance shift to renewable energy through their investment arm's Ingka massive multi-billion EUR investment program. Among other initiatives are rooftop solar installations on their parkings so that you can charge your EV with clean energy while shopping or, for example, household solar kits which you can buy in their stores in some countries. Another cherry on the tart is the vegan meatballs which you can enjoy in their cafes :)
